Join us for the first-ever Zachary Mardi Gras Parade, themed ‘Celebrating Everyday Heroes.’ This traditional Louisiana-style parade will feature floats, marching bands, and local organizations from across our region.

A formal kickoff to the weekend featuring local leaders, sponsors, and community partners. The event will unveil the Inaugural Grand Marshal and share the parade vision with media and guests.
Day 2
Saturday, February 14, 2026:
Community Service Event
Meetup at Walmart in Zachary, LA
8:00 AM (no registration required)
Church Mass
St. John the Baptist Catholic Church
4:30 PM, Zachary, LA
In the spirit of gratitude and giving, the day begins with a community service project, followed by a church service.
Day 3
Sunday, February 15, 2026:
The Inaugural Parade – ‘Celebrating Everyday Heroes’
Parade Rolls at 2:00 PM
Parade Encore starts 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM
The big day! Join the excitement as floats, bands, and community groups roll through the streets of Zachary, honoring the teachers, healthcare workers, first responders, and neighbors who make a difference every day. Immediately after the parade, the celebration continues with the encore of performances, more food, and fun.
