Zachary Mardi Gras Royalty
A Tradition Rooted in Celebration and Community
Across Louisiana and throughout the world, Mardi Gras royalty has long served as a symbol of celebration, culture, and community pride. Kings and Queens traditionally preside over parades and festivities, representing the spirit of the season — joy, unity, and shared tradition.
For the first time in our city’s history, Zachary proudly presents an official Mardi Gras Royal Court. As an inaugural celebration, those selected to serve as King and Queen will forever be part of the foundation upon which this tradition is built.
Zachary Mardi Gras is a three-day, family-friendly celebration produced by Our Beloved Community United, Inc., in partnership with the City of Zachary and the Zachary Police Department, with safety, organization, and community trust as core priorities.
Zachary is a small town with a big heart — rich in family values, community pride, and local tradition. Our Royal Court reflects that spirit.
We invite you to celebrate, participate, and take pride in this historic first.
